This is the Mississippi Rap Archive — your home for the sound, culture, and history of Mississippi Hip-Hop. As The Largest Online Store For Mississippi Rap, TheMississippiRapArchive is dedicated to keeping those records alive, from the underground street releases that circulated hand-to-hand in the ’90s and 2000s to artists who carried the Mississippi sound far beyond the state line. A lot of these albums were pressed in limited numbers, sold locally, or never received the distribution they deserved. Our goal is to help bring those releases back and make them available to the people who remember them — and to a new generation discovering Mississippi Rap for the first time.
